Springhill Campground 2024 Rules

1. Speed limit is 5 miles per hour anywhere in the campground.

2. Only licensed drivers are aloud to drive vehicles on our property.

3. Children under 14 are not allowed at the lake without an adult.

4. Children under 16 must be in their campsite or with an adult after 11 pm.

5. Animals must be kept on a leash at all times and the other end of leash must be in your hand or secured to an object heavy enough to prevent them from dragging it.

6. Three strikes on the leash law and you will not be allowed to bring your animal back for the rest of the season.

7. We ask that you provide us current vaccination records for your pet.

8. You must clean up after your animal immediately after they relieve themselves.

9. No loud or continuous barking.

10. Any motorized vehicle (golf carts, atv’s, etc.) must be in proper working order and have lights to drive after dark.

11. Motorized vehicle owners will need to provide us with proof of insurance and seasonals will need their lot # on three sides of the vehicle in 3” letters BEFORE YOU DRIVE IT IN OUR PARK.

12. Chargers must be plugged into your lot’s electrical.

13. Golf carts, 4 wheelers, etc. are a privilege we allow. Any abuse of our rules may revoke your privilege.

14. 4 wheeler hours 8 am – 10 pm every day.

15. Quiet hours: sunday – Thursday 10:00 pm – 8:00am, friday and Saturday 12 midnight – 8:00AM.

16. Swimmers must sign in at the bait shop. guests must pay in advance to swim. swimmers must have proper swimming attire. children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

17. No swimming alone or after dark.

18. Campfires must be wood fires only, no trash in fire rings.

19. No riding bikes down any of our hills, in the pavilion, on the wood deck or after dark.

20. Music should only be loud enough for you to hear.

21. Any camper with an outdoor refrigerator or freezer will be required to pay $50 per season when they plug their power in.

22. Fishing for campers is catch and release only for catfish and bass, unless they pay before they begin fishing.

23. Check in at the bait shop before fishing and pay for any guests who want to fish.

24. Individually named guests may be added to your seasonal for $100 per adult and $25 per child for the 2020 season. the total nights for your lot will still not be able to exceed 70 nights.

25. bagged trash only in our dumpsters and any household or construction materials will need to be cleared with ron first.

26. No dumping of anything on our property.

27. No foul language.

28. Guest fees only apply if the guests stay in your rv with you, otherwise it is full camping price.

29. Guests not paying to stay overnight need to be out of the campground by 11:00 pm.

30. Any guest caught swimming, fishing, or staying past 11 pm without paying first will be asked to leave the park, and if it happens more than once they will be banned from entering the park permanently.

31. No fireworks permitted in the campground.

32. You must maintain your campsite in a neat and orderly fashion or we will clean it up for you and bill you for our time.

33. No permanent clothes lines.

34. No fighting or you will be banned with no refund.

35. If parking in another lot, please make sure you have permission

36. Please do not take firewood from anywhere on our property, it must be purchased at the baitshop.

37. No fasteners of any kind in any tree.

38. No attaching anything to trees including lights, per the state board of health.

39. No construction of any kind without prior authorization from Ron.

40. If someone is subletting their camper, they need to get it ok'd from Ron or Julie

41. We reserve the right to amend our rules at any time.
