CAMPING:

****Campers must check in at bait shop to swim or fish. Camping includes catch and release fishing of catfish and bass, campers may keep blue gill and crappie. If you would like to keep the catfish and bass, you MUST PAY BEFORE you begin fishing.****

Late fee of $25 will be applied to people renewing their monthly or weekly rent that is late.

SEASONAL: (SEASONALS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE)

Seasonal Sites are rented for 1 Calendar Year, beginning the day you pick your lot and pay your rent. Seasonal sites include the following:

70 Nights of Camping for Husband, Wife, and any children or stepchildren under the age of 18, living at home or enrolled in higher education. Water and 30 Amp Electricity from April 1 thru November 1. Storage from November 1 thru April 1. Catch and release fishing at the pay pit and swimming in the pool for the same above named people. You may add guests who are not on your seasonal concurrent with your seasonal. Adults - $100, Children under 18 - $25. Your camper can only be used for a total of 70 nights.

SEASONAL RATES ARE GOOD ONLY IF PAID ON TIME

Renewal 3^RD or More Year Rate  $1,200.00

**A $200 Deposit is required for all new seasonals effective immediately.

A late fee of $50 will be applied to your balance the day after it is due. The 2nd late fee will be $25.  We will no longer allow your camper to remain in the park if you are more than 30 days past due. Payment option also available, ½ down plus $25 by due date and balance plus an additional $25 due in 60 days, saving you one late fee.

Sewage Dumping:

All Campers needing their holding tanks emptied will need to go to the bait shop and sign the sheet and pay before their tanks will be emptied, NO EXCEPTIONS. Please give 24 hour notice.

GUESTS: CAMPERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY GUESTS THEY MAY HAVE AT THE CAMPGROUND. YOU MUST PAY FOR GUESTS TO FISH, SWIM, OR STAY PAST 11 PM IN ADVANCE.
